Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd has several spaces that can be used for church and community meetings and events. If you or your organization would like to reserve one of our rooms, please complete this Room Use Request form. You will be notified within 7 days whether your event is approved.
• Please submit a separate form if you need specific set-up and clean-up time(s) for your event.
• You may fill out a .pdf form (see button) and submit it to our church office.
• Please submit all forms at the same time whenever possible.
